Q Closed-Captioned: Are your products closed-captioned?
A Most products DEI offers are closed-captioned.   This information is indicated on the "More Information Page" for each episode. 
Q Email address: Will my email address by shared with anyone?
A No. The email address you provide when ordering from the website will be used only for order confirmation. DEI will not share your information with anyone and does NOT sell customer information to other parties.
Q International shipments: Do you ship internationally?
A Yes, international orders are usually shipped via U.S International Mail.
DEI can can also ship via UPS or FedEx if requested. YOu can do to this in the Comments section during check out process. The additional cost will be charged to your credit card.

Q "On Approval" or Previews: Can I get a product for review prior to making a decision to purchase it?
A We are not able to send products out "for preview". However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days with a brief explanation. DEI will replace it with a more appropriate product or issue a refund according to your instructions.
Q Marc Records: Is Marc Records and Shelf Processing Available?
A Yes, Marc Records and shelf ready processing are available for most products distributed by DEI. Marc4Media provides the service on a fee basis. You can request service directly from Marc4Media at  Estimated cost is $2.50 per episode for Marc Records and $4.50 per episode for Shelf Process which includes the Marc Record.  Contact Steve Lenzen at for quotation and ordering instructions if you wish to order Marc Records from DEI.
Q Order confirmation: How will my order be confirmed and what type of receipt will I get?
A Orders submitted through the website (shopping cart) will receive an email confirmation. In addition, orders submitted using a purchase order will receive an invoice from DEI at the time the merchandise is shipped. For credit cards orders, the credit card statement will show the name Destination Education, Inc.

Orders submitted by email or mail will receive a hard copy receipt from DEI in the form of a packing slip with the merchandise and an invoice. If paid by credit card, the invoice will include this information.
Q Order delivery: How will my order be shipped and when?
A Orders  are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt by U.S Mail and should arrive within 5 Business days. Internatinal orders will take 6 - 10 days for delivry.
Q Ordering options: Do I have to order online through the website?
A No. Orders may be submitted by telephone - (402) 435-0110 or email   - We will need your payment information at the time of ordering whether it is a Purchase Order number or credit card information.
Q Payment options: What forms of payment do you accept?
A Along with all major credit cards, Destination Education, Inc accepts purchase orders from eudcational institutions.

DEI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. These payments are processed using PayPal which provides total security of your information. DEI will not maintain your credit card information.

Q Quotations: Can I get a quotation or special pricing for large orders?
A We are happy to work with you on price quotations and the possibility of discounts for large orders. Send an email to or call (402) 435-0110 to discuss your needs.
Q Returns: Can purchases be returned?
A If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days with a brief explanation. DEI will replace it or issue a refund according to your instructions. Your only cost is return postage.  Send returns to Destination Education, Inc. PO Box 6124, Lincoln, NE  68506.
Q Rights: What rights are granted with each product?
A Most products include "life of tape" audiovisual, school district circulation and public performance rights. Other rights that may be included or available at additional cost are: unlimited circulation, close-circuit, broadcast/cablecast and digital/video-on-demand and will be noted on the product description page if included in the purchase price. Q Sales tax: Do I need to pay sales tax?
A Sales tax is only applicable to sales made in Nebraska to non tax exempt organizations and individuals. . If a sales tax exemption number is provided for Nebraska or Texas then no sales tax will be collected.
Q Shipping and handling: How much is shipping and handling for US customers?
A If orders are placed online the shipping cost will be indicated --approximately 7% of the total order, minimum of $6.50.   When using a purchase order add 7%, minimum of $6.50, shipping and handling.
