Healthy Living: Road To Wellness
Ideal for grades: Secondary / College
Duration: Twenty-six, 30-minute programs
Closed-Captioned
©1997 University of Iowa
Healthy Living: Road to Wellness allows you to develop a challenging health course
using twenty-six, 30-minute programs. Broaden and update your current health course with the
wide range of topics included in the series. Or you can present Healthy Living: Road to
Wellness as a self-contained health course. It is a cost-effective way to offer a dynamic
health course to smaller classes.
The programs are an excellent addition to nutrition, biology, physiology, psychology
and sociology courses. The format adds depth to topics such as cancer screening and takes an
interdisciplinary approach to controversial topics, including responsible drinking and drug
legalization.
Rights granted include: a) life of media audiovisual use, b) public performance, c) campus
