Screening for TM Disorders & Fabrication of Occlusal Appliance

Dr. Okeson evaluates a 26-year-old female who has orofacial pain. The evaluation follows that which is done at the University of Kentucky Oral Facial Pain Center. Included are a patient history and examination of the cranial nerves, cervical region, and masticatory structures. A simplified technique for fabricating an occlusal appliance is demonstrated.
