If your order was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-228-4630. Please have your order number along with your e-mail address ready for fastest service. Proof of purchase is required.
Occaisionally, orders are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) became unavailable
- We were unable to processs the payment information received
- We cannot ship to the address provided
- A duplicate order was placed
