Costs and Delivery Schedule

Please allow an order processing time of up to 5 business days. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time.

We offer UPS for all U.S. orders within the 48 contiguous states.  For orders outside the U.S. please contact Customer Service at 1-800-228-4630 (we do not ship to P.O. boxes).

Standard shipping and processing charges are 7% of the total cost of your order, with a minimum of $15.00 per order.




Shipping Terms and Restrictions

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

We cannot use a third-party shipping service, nor can we charge shipping to a third-party account.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

We accept orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories of American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Paulau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Alaska and Hawaii orders will ship via DHL 2nd Day. Orders to U.S. Territories will ship by USPS only. APO/FPO Addresses

We accept orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses.  These orders are shipped via USPS only.  Please allow 3 to 6 weeks shipping time plus up to 5 business days processing time.  Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-228-4630 if you have questions about shipping to these locations.

International Shipments

We accept international orders for certain countries. All shipments to international addresses are via Fed-Ex International. Please contact Fed-Ex for estimated shipping time, and allow for up to 5 additional business days processing time. Shipping Confirmation

We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number linked to the carrier's Web site once your order is attributed a tracking number.




Shipping to a Third Party

We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, provided the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement.
